Personal Care offers assistance to clients, who have experienced a loss in their ability to perform the activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, transferring, using the toilet, eating, and ambulation (walking), and to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment.
Companions provide non-medical care, socialization, and basic supervision to ensure a client’s safety and well-being. Companions may provide light housekeeping tasks, which are secondary to the general well-being and supervision of your loved one.
Homemakers offer practical assistance with routine household tasks and related activities. Homemakers assist the client who has experienced a loss in the ability to perform the instrumental activities in daily living (IADL) and to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment.
